This is a bit delayed....
For the first time in a long time we had a week vacation with no plans other than to relax and just go with the flow. It was a nice change from our normal vacations, which never really feet like vacations because we are always pressed for time.
I also used this vacation to take a break from exercising, and relaxed my eating. I still logged my food, but I was not concerned with how much I ate and just let my stomach guide me. For the most part I didn't drastically overeat, but I definitely ate more than I would normally. Craig would probably say I went overboard because I was obsessed with getting a cupcake from the Cupcakery in our hotel. That cupcake was sooooo worth it though!
Actually whole vacation was worth it because I came back feeling refreshed and ready to start back up with my regular routine. A few days off from exercise was great, but by the end of the week I was itching to start up again.
