Ok, Here it goes!
I am looking for a way to keep myself motivated once I reach my weight-loss goal and since I already made use of a number of apps/ DVD programs during my weight-loss journey. I decided the best way to do this was to keep trying new apps and to review them.
I have one week left in the Insanity program and will review that once I am finished. After that I would like to try more strength training workouts so am deciding between the JEFIT app or the SWORKIT app. Both of which I have had on my phone/tablet for awhile, but have not used. I also want to try Zombies! Run!, so I am sure I will do that on cardio days.
My plan is to use the app for at least a month, but if it really doesn't hold my interest than it will be shorter.
I will also go back and review the apps that I used over the last year because many of them I have really enjoyed.
Hopefully I can make this page look a bit prettier and personalize it more. I will try to add photos etc to my blogs as well. I have not really had a blog before so this will all be new and take time to get to where I want it.
