Recently, a blog I follow posted about "Finding Your Why". I can't stress about how important this is to being successful at both losing weight and keeping it off.
Your 'why' will pull you back up when you feel like giving up. It will help you look at the bigger picture. It will give you the determination to keep going.
It has to be something that is really important to you. Something that will drive you to keep going, that will make you ready to change.

So what is my 'why'?
Well it has changed from a year ago. Back when I started losing weight, I wanted to feel better about myself, I wanted to stop hiding and I wanted to feel healthy.
Now...
I want to try new things.
I want to try old things that I haven't done since I lost the weight.
I want to continue to challenge my self.
I want to keep feeling healthy for a long time.
